Sample sizes for women:

• Around and under 50 kg choose size S
• 55-65 kg choose size M
• Over 65 kg choose size L

Sample sizes for men:

• About 70 kg choose size S
• About 80 kg choose size M
• About 90 kg choose size L
• About 100 kg choose size XL

For men's boxers, choose one size larger than your clothing size.
